Comments: The Curious Incident of Poster in the Tube Station
Maybe Nick Seymour (who did the cover art for his band's CD) is a huge fan of Haddon (who did his own cover art, too), and this is a tribute. One can hope anyway. It would be a strange coincidence otherwise.
I've not seen the posters, but I absolutely loved The Curious Incident and am currently reading A Spot of Bother which I'm also enjoying. I bet you were just dying to know that. Weren't you?
