i like this - my crystal ball is optimistically saying that on 1 Jan 2011 i will have reached a weight i haven't seen in decades (20 pounds from todays weight), will be able to run an entire 5k (no walking!) and will have reduced processed food from my diet... oh, and mastered basic french, become certified in advanced open water/stress & rescue diving and been to at least two new places! happy new year - may you have a productive and healthy 2010!
BW: Yes, the rumours of my demise have been etc. The list is pretty much all in my power, so nobody to blame but me (well, perhaps my aging knees) if it doesn't happen.

Red Sea? I've still got about 200k frequent flier miles burning a hole in my pocket. Best use them before the next airline bankruptcy run...
